Insomnia and Music

My roommate has mono... And for some reason, I'm having trouble getting him to LEAVE (he lives 2 hours away) so I can stay healthy(er?) and get some sleep. Actually the part that gets me the worst is his snores - not necessarily the loudness (although the lack of volume control does make it hard to block out), but it's the rhythm.

Falling asleep to someone snoring? Pretty easy. Falling asleep to someone snoring off and on, faster and slower? Extremely hard... at least for me. But hey - maybe this is a good thing, because Insomnia is a good condition for thinking. That's how Owl City made his hit song "Fireflies", and it's where I think as well.

Speaking of music, I just bought Magix Samplitude Music Studio 2013 for $20 (the normal price is $225!!). For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, it's a music mixing/making/recording program, covered in rainbows and unicorn sauce. Pretty amazing. Wanna check out the deal if you're interested? Here!
